ASBG001 气压式自动棉箱 Automatic Pneumatic Cotton Box
用途:本机是国内最先进的喂棉机构，置于开松机后面，借输棉风机的作用，将充分开松的纤维均匀充填到本机上棉箱，再经过一对罗拉及打手作用，以及循环风机吹风作用，在下棉箱产生均匀筵棉，再由一对轧辊输出，供梳理机使用。
主要特征:本机采用SCC控制技术自动控制，结合变频器达到连续均匀喂棉的效果，并可通过下棉箱吸风口的风门调节来调整横向均匀度。
Applications:The machine is the most advanced mechanism of feeder. It is put at the back of opener. Relying on the effect of fan for cotton feeding, it can fill the opened fully fiber to the cotton box. Then relying on the effect of a pair roller and beater hammer and blowing effect of circle fan, the uniform cotton will be formed at the low cotton box. The uniform cotton is transported through a pair roller and supplied to carding machine for use.
Main features:The machine adapts SCC control technique to control automatically. Combined the transducer, the effect of continuous cotton feeding can be got. Meanwhile the transverse evenness can be adjusted through the throttle at the air suction mouth of low cotton box.
