ASBG 214A/215A 高产梳理机 High Output Carding Machine
作用：该机适用于将开松处理的1.5D-20D原料、长度在100mm以下的化纤及混纺原料通过梳理后，成为均匀分布的纤维网，供下道工序使用，(ASBG214A/ASBG215A),用户可根据需要选定。
结构：(ASBG214A)：喂入开松→锡林→双道夫→剥取罗拉或斩刀
(ASBG215A)：喂入开松→锡林→双道夫→双杂乱→剥取罗拉或斩刀

特征：(1)机幅：Ф1550mm; 2300mm; 2500mm
(2)锡林直径：Ф1230 Ф1020 Ф850
(3)双道夫形式：剥棉有三罗拉和斩刀两种形式；
(4)以6D纤维为标准，产量在100公斤／小时以上。

Usage:This machine is suitable for carding opened 1.5D-20Draw materials, Chemical fiber and blend materials with a length below 100mm into even-distributed fiber-web supplied for the next step. Model ASBG 214-1 is attached a precarding part and be selected according to customer’s need.
Structure:ASBG214A:Feed opening→cylinder→double→doffer→tripping fouler or buffer comb.
ASBG215A:Feed opening→pre→carding→cylinder→double→doffer→stripping foller or boffer comb
